S/O Satyamurthy (read as Son of Satyamurthy) is a 2015 Telugu family drama written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas and produced by S. Radha Krishna under the banner Haarika & Haasine Creations. It features an ensemble cast of Allu Arjun, Upendra,Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Sneha, Adah Sharma, Nithya Menen, Rajendra Prasad, Brahmanandam and Ali. Prakash Raj makes a crucial cameo appearance as Satyamurthy.
The film revolves around a person named Viraj Anand who desires to follow the footsteps of his father Satyamurthy and live by his values and what happens when Satyamurthy is killed in a freak accident and how far Anand, his family's only bread winner, goes to save his noble father's legacy from his girlfriend's father Sambasiva Rao who accuses Satyamurthy for a case of fraud with the help of a faction landlord Devaraj.
Devi Sri Prasad composed the music for the film. The film was launched officially on 10 April 2014 at Ramanaidu Studios inHyderabad. The principal photography commenced on 22 September 2014 at Hyderabad. The film released worldwide in 1375 screens on 9 April 2015 to decent feedback from critics.
